SaaS social collaboration tool for companies with hierarchical cultures (especially relevant in emerging mkts) The most efficient online method to develop practical solutions. Simple forum structure and game mechanics force users to a practical solution w/o a moderator. Product tested on KPMG Moscow: willing to pay. Current plan is to land-grab the Russian market first, but I believe this can also be rolled out to other markets. Willing to consider launching startup in non-Russian mkts.
